Karma's Cafe

I wrote about this Cafe last year.  It was located downtown in Gridley, Ca.  We loved going there. The food was outstanding.  Her Panini Sandwiches are out of this world.  The bread is so so so good.  Then we went down town to eat there and the building was empty.  WHAT!  I'm not kidding.  We were so sad and really hated our little town lost a fantastic cafe.  Well.....  I was shopping downtown again and I must get a picture of this store "Deja Vu" , More about that later as I was looking around in the store the clerk got to talking to us and she mention Karma's and how they had moved out....and.....guess what!?  They have moved to Yuba City, downtown Yuba City, that is.  On the corner of Plumas and Scott Street.  We were so happy to hear this but a little sad also that Gridley lost such a fine cafe.  So what did we do but shuffle on down to Yuba City way and found it.  Not that it was hard to find, I mean right there on main street and what a place it is.  There use to be an Italian Restaurant there and it was a beauty.  Well Karma's just fits right in.  We ordered sandwiches, with her famous potato salad and I ordered sweet potato fries.  Believe me they are to die for.  Hey, it is really sad for Gridley but I am just glad we can still go and get there yummy food.  So if you are ever in Yuba City, Ca. go downtown at Plumas and Scott and get ready for an Event for your tummy.  Yum
